At this time both events will go ahead as planned, if we are given updated advice or guidance to restrict guest numbers and cancel the events we will get the message out as quickly as possible. We are working with the venues to ensure that the safety of all our guests is everybodys number one priority and all decisions taken will be in our guests best interests.
Following the most up to date guidance from the UK Government and Public Health England, we have made preparations to screen ticket holders before access to the venue.
Ticket holders will be required to allow entrance staff to screen their temperature with the use of a no-touch forehead thermometer.
If you have symptoms of Coronavirus infection on June 3rd & June 4th, however mild, stay at home and follow the guidance given by the UK Government and Public Health England. Anybody showing symptoms will be refused access to the venue in the best interests of others attending the event.
We will continue to comply with Government and Public Health England guidance and recommendations ahead of our up and coming events, the Prowler Awards & Pre-Party.
Symptoms of Coronavirus are:
- A new, continuous cough
- A high temperature of above 37.8
- Shortness of breath
